Congratulations to our first Sheila Eisenberg Scholarship recipients, Kenneth Matticx and KeAndre Moon! Kenneth and KeAndre are recent graduates from Simeon Career Academy in Chicago. They were awarded a $5,000 scholarship to be applied toward higher education tuition, or a professional accreditation for a program within the real estate industry. Kenneth is currently a freshman at Louisiana State University, while KeAndre is a freshman at DePaul University, right here in Chicago! |

On August 7th, we hosted our annual summer networking event, Sip & Socialize, welcoming 130+ young professionals. The beautiful view from the rooftop at Utopian Tailgate was a wonderful backdrop for our young industry leaders to network and learn more about the Foundation’s programs and volunteer opportunities. The Eisenberg Foundation's 16th Annual Career Day will kick off on Thursday, September 25th with lunch, an engaging conversation with Spencer Burton of Adventures in CRE, career readiness training as well as a Young Guns panel with members of the Eisenberg Foundation's Associate Board. On Friday, September 26th, students will participate in a site tour of Salt Shed, an industry leader roundtable lunch, and a Career & Internship Fair with 20+ exhibitors. |

The 2025-2026 Eisenberg Scholar Nominations opened on September 8th! The Harold E. Eisenberg Real Estate Scholar Program was launched in 2015 to provide prodigious undergraduate students the opportunity to enhance their skills and network within the commercial real estate industry. Students are nominated by their universities and chosen by a panel of distinguished judges.
